Not happy? Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Include your purchase email or order number so we can locate your order. You do not need to give a reason. We issue the refund to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.

Your license after a refund

The license key is deactivated when the refund is issued. You must stop using the app under that license. Back up any local quotes and rights records you want to keep.

EU and UK customers and immediate digital delivery

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, by completing the purchase you agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right ends once delivery begins. Our 14-day refund policy still applies. Where EU or UK withdrawal rules apply, any loss of the statutory withdrawal right requires your prior express consent to immediate delivery, your acknowledgment of that loss, and confirmation of the agreement. Merely downloading or activating the app does not replace those requirements.

Our voluntary full 14-day refund remains available even if immediate delivery affects your statutory withdrawal right. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective digital content.
