Payments
Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see your full card details. Order information, including your purchase email and transaction details, is used to fulfill your purchase, provide support, process refunds and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Shopify processes checkout information under its own privacy terms.
License activation
Our licensing provider handles license activation and stores the license key, the purchase email and a device identifier to verify your license and manage its 2-device limit. The app connects once for initial verification, then works fully offline. License administration, such as moving to a new computer or refund deactivation, involves the licensing service.
Your app data
The app stores all quotes, clients and rights records locally on your computer. No account, no cloud sync, no analytics. We do not receive the contents of your workspace. You control your files and backups.
Website demo and support
The website demo calculates your example in your browser and does not transfer it to the desktop app. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send. If the website question form is available and you consent to submission, your name, email and question are used to handle the request; only an edited anonymous question and answer may be published.
Use and retention
Purchase and licensing information is processed to fulfill the purchase and administer your license. Support details are used to respond to your request. Information required by tax or accounting law is retained for the required period; other personal data is retained only as needed for its stated purpose. Service providers may process data in other countries, subject to applicable safeguards.
