End User License Agreement

Agreement and licensor

This agreement governs your use of the Rights & Rate desktop app. By installing, activating or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it and request a refund under the Refund Policy.

License grant

After a one-time purchase, you receive a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable lifetime license to use the purchased version on up to 2 active computers. There is no subscription. You pay the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase. You may use the app to prepare quotes and communications for your own creator business. The software is licensed, not sold; intellectual property rights remain with the licensor.

Activation and moving devices

Use the key emailed after purchase for initial online verification. The app then works fully offline. To move to a new computer, deactivate the old device from Settings and activate the new device with the same key. Do not share, transfer, resell, rent or sublicense the key.

Permitted use and restrictions

You may make reasonable backup copies for your own use. You may not distribute the app, bypass activation or device limits, remove ownership notices, or reverse engineer, decompile or modify it except where applicable law permits. You retain ownership of your own quotes and records; keep backups.

Guidance, warranties and responsibility

The app provides calculations and templates based on rules you control. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Review all outputs before using them. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or a specific result. You are responsible for your rates, client agreements and business decisions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability, warranties or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refunds and termination

A full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The key is deactivated upon refund. The license may also be terminated for a material breach of this agreement. After termination, stop using the app under that license. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Updates and contact

The lifetime license applies to the purchased version; future paid versions and perpetual support are not promised. The Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy apply to your purchase and personal information. Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] for help.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
